Default joint/bone pain

Hi all!! I have just recently started MRC. I have finished pre-conditioning and am on my 3rd day of the actual diet . My question is --- did anyone experience alot of joint pain when they were at this point? OMG my joints (especially one hip and one shoulder and wrist) feel like they have knives in them at night! TY~!

Nope. That's weird. Are you exercising?
Maybe it isnt MRC related? What pills are you taking?
If you arent already, try the MSM with glucosamine. That is supposed to be good for your joints.
I have a hip that pops everytime I exercise... it doesnt hurt, its just REALLY annoying. lol. So I am going to take the MSM with glucosamine... see if it helps.

Who knows, maybe your joints hurting is a detoxing symptom. Definately ask the center if you are going to one.

OH, and CONGRATS on starting MRC!

If you are taking vitamin D supplements that could be the cause. It happened to me because of it. When I stopped things cleared up and I felt 100% better.

What does Vitamin D do that would cause this? Very interesting.

Not sure of the cause but I was having surgery and my blood work came back with hyper calcium levels. I was also feeling lots of joint pain. The surgeon told me to stop taking 1000mg of vitamin D and calcium which also has D in it to help you absorb the calcium. Lo a behold my blood levels returned to normal and I felt wonderful. I also (on my own) stopped my multi vitamin (more vitamin D in that).

Ohhh! I am sooo sorry! I HATE strep. When I get it I can barely get down broth. I get hungry but swallowing is just too much of a pain so I lose my appetite. Good Luck!
