Default Dill Pickles, Sodium, and Cravings.

So... i really like making a tuna salad type thing for lunch. I looooove to use dill pickle in it. I know it has a lot of sodium but it really just makes the meal for me. Does anyone know of a dill pickle substitute that is MRC acceptable? How much sodium are we allowed in a day?

I am SO having cravings tonight. Dont know whats up with me. Havent been hungry for anything for the past 6 days and now it hits me.
