Can someone tell me how many calories are in a 1 1/2 lb rotisserie chicken (with bones and skin)? (this isn't a whole chicken its half a breast, one leg, one thigh, one wing)
I have looked every where in my slugish looking calorie book which has nothing much and the net and I really can find it
Well, according to Dotti's website, for Boston Market, a quarter white meat w/ skin and wing is 280 calories, and a quarter dark meat w/ skin is 320 calories, for a total of 600 calories.That's probably a good estimate.
Now if you have it without the skin and don't eat the wing, it's only 360 calories! If you cold get the skin off the wing, i would think it probably would only add another 40 calories. So 400 calories for half a chicken is not bad!
