Hey All,
This last 2 weeks have been **** for me, I'm not going to go into to much detail but stressed omg. So I have taken a step back, and as my beloved TOM arrived yesterday it hasn't helped, I'm not sure how I will do with any challenges as I cant find time sleep let alone exercise. And My husband comes first, we haven't spent alot of time together recently and I miss that.
Anyway I will weigh in and set a goal but probably wont be around alot

well let's see---
SW 185
GW 175
i think that works out to about a pound a week.
any way this weekend was pretty good. spent friday and saturday making firewood for the winter. dinner last night was a problem though. a nice big ribeye steak, corn on the cob and a baked potatoe. it was to good not to finish it all. so i have to hang my head in shame on that one. i know i will have to really make up for it on that one today. no eating actually all i really need to do is pay attention to what and how much i stick in my mouth today and exercise at some point in the day. well i hope that everyone has a good day.

It´s aprox 9 weeks and as this is my first week I think 1.5 lb a week is possible... so my goal will be: 13 lbs less...
So, here are my stats:
SW: 162
GW: 149

JasonsLea Thanks for taking over for Eny...we will miss her.
My goall is to reach 125 by my birthday (Aug 9) and then maintain within 5 lbs until labor day. I think this is doable although I did go a bit overboard this past weekend but I hope that I don't do that again. Having said that, I really need to stay OP since I am traveling in a few weeks to CA and that could be another off weekend. I also would like to challenge myself to 4500 minutes of exercise till labor day. (That is roughly 500 a week).
Good luck everybody!!!

I disappeared with the stresses that moving into my GF's Mom's house brought. I haven't been sleeping well, & my diet has been atrocious. Yesterday her dad brought home doughnuts, & I ate 3!! I had eaten so much I made myself sick, & I haven't done that in a long time. I'm back with a new motivation to stick with my goals & not let anything get me down.

Hi, all. OK, so I'm IN the Labor Day challenge. I hope. I'm still trying to figure out how it all works. And I'll do my "official" weigh-in tomorrow, and get it posted, but I *think* this is where I'm at:
CW - 153
GW - 144 BY Labor Day.

Hi Everybody,
I am back after a long hiatus. Unfortunately, I returned with a few extra pounds. I had a very busy time in May and June but things are back to a more normal schedule now. With all the traveling and celebrating, I got back into some very bad eating habits, but I am ready to shape up now and leave all that behind me.
I have been reading a book about weight training to try to get back in the groove. It is written by a journalist that is devoted to fitness and nutrition. I am going to really try and concentrate on eating healthy food. I love junk food but it is sooooo baaaad for me. I have so little discipline. It's funny for the nutrition part of the book, he actually downplays cutting calories to lose weight. But he does emphasize eating healthy food. Really, if I did not eat junk food, I would be cutting the calories I consume by a lot-seriously a lot. I guess the point is there is no reason to go hungry ever. Just do not eat empty, no good calorie food! I will let you know how it goes-that is assuming I can really go without junk food. I already ate a cookie with breakfast-geez!

Shari- Thanks for taking over the challenge for Eny. I've been trying to think of a few mini challenges. I think maybe for July we should try the tag challenge again (anyone up for that for a week?), maybe a pamper challenge, and then... I'm not sure for the other two weeks. Does anyone have any ideas?
