DO NOT look into chewing and spitting to "save calories"? BAD IDEA........ This IS an eating disordered behavior and causes many problems. For one, if you chew food your body thinks the food is coming, but when it doesnt you'll get a build up of insulin and acids in your stomach.............. not good. Also, it's GROSS.....
