Talking weight lifting is really helping!

I love weight lifting, my mom was an avid weight lifter too. I don't do nearly what she did. She was almost a pro.

I don't do much cardio except what I have to do to run this place and keep the garden up. But the exercise ball plus free weights is really blasting weight off.

I have been dropping easily everyday since doing it. I break my fast with protein and carbs combo, then I put a little routine together. Then I eat a post workout meal, then a snack. I stop eating when my window closes and take my supplements.

my weight did this:

7/1 184.4 *I usually get stuck here*
7/2 183.4 work out with weights and exercise ball
7/3 181 work out with weights and exercise ball
7/4 180.8

Jen, the further along I get the more I realize that weight lifting is woman's best friend. Personally, I've found it to be more important for fat loss than cardio.

Kudos!

I love lifting weights, even more so than cardio. I feel so good when I lift, so refreshed.

wow thanks for the encouragement. Drina your results are fantastic. I know weight lifting does so many great things for you especially in the realm of building bone density. We all need that.

I always catch myself feeling up my arms... I have noticed that there is so much more muscle underneath the fat! I just want them fat gone so I can start seeing them!

I've been doing it for 2 months and haven't seen much in results. I guess I've lost about an inch from each arm but it doesn't feel like enough. I do a lot of cardio - I hate it, but I do it.
