Preferebly one that has a calories counter added in and Free would be great, LOL! Anyone have any recommendations?

I like the Daily Plate. It is free and I find it easy to use.

I use mypyramidtracker.gov. Even lets you log your exercise to get energy balance.

I love sparkpeople.com you can pick and choose what you want to track and then you can also put in your exercise as well as weight and goals and so on. Their sister site sparkrecipes.com is also great- if you use one of their recipes you can import it into your sparkpeople - I love that feature

I think people have already mentioned the good free ones. There is also Myfooddiary.com which isn't free, but I really like. Out of the free ones mentioned I think I vote for Thedailyplate
