Cebsme looks like she's got it all figured out for you , but I haven't look at the links. I'm in Ontario (north of Toronto) and Vitatops are available at the Metro grocery stores here (used to be Dominion) and also at the local health food stores.
I knew about the internet but I was trying to avoid shopping online lol! But the store locator wasn't working for me.
I definitely will try metro though cause I had only looked at loblaws and I figured if they didn't have it there they wouldn't have it anywhere!

I bought the full muffins at Sobeys, didn't see the vitatops at the time so they might carry them, too. If you're in the GTA, there's this place called the Low Carb Grocery, I think they're in Markham, they carry vitatops for sure and a lot of other great products (House Foods Tofu Shirataki noodles!).
