I last weighed what I do today on .....
There are quite a few people now who seem like their entering new territory, weightwise. So this is a fascination for me anyway:

In February 2004 I weighed exactly this (238lb). I weight 236lb last around about 10 years ago in April, 1999 when i was pregnant with my first daughter!

The last time I was this weight was in 2003! Another 15 pounds or so, and I'll be the lowest weight I've ever been as an adult!

The last time I weighed in the 220s was in 1998. I am not exactly sure of my lowest weight that year, the year of my biggest weight loss, but it was around 220, maybe as low as 215. The last time I weighed 210 was around 1980 and the last time I weighed under 200 was in the late 1970s. In the next few months I will be in foreign territory.
