Default I'm back!
Hey Girls (and guys)!

I'm not even going to bother TRYING to tell you all thats gone on in my life since I've been gone - but trying to deal with it all and be 30 places at once as far as supporting other people goes was just NOT working for me.

I had to take some time and be selfish and look out for ME without having to worry too much about looking out for anyone else.

So I left for a while - but now I am back - and ready to get on the weight loss train again!

I hope you all are well - I am doing ok, hubby has a badly infected leg and is at home for 2 days, my puppy is growing like a weed, and I'm flying to Philly this weekend to see my parents.

I missed all of you!

Welcome back, BethAnne!!! Hooray!

You know, it's good to be selfish sometimes. I'm glad you took time out for yourself. You know the saying "if momma ain't happy, ain't nobody happy"? Well, I think that goes for all of us with all of our relationships, mothers or not. If we aren't happy, if we aren't taking time to care for ourselves, we can't very well be caring for others, supportive, etc. with other people, kwim? It's a huge priority for us to tend to our own physical, spiritual, & emotional needs, imo (& advice I need to take myself!).

Anywho, I am soooo very happy to see you back! And tell me all about your puppy!

PS - hope your hubby is feeling better soon!

Great to have you back Have to say Ive missed seeing your bright and enthusiastic posts. Its not selfish to care for yourself, You need to look after yourself before you can help anyone else.
