Wow, the calories in that turkey sandwich made my jaw drop.

Cool link-

It was fun but, I didn't do so hot- even on determining how much exercise was required... LOL

I was really suprised by the calories in the turky sandwich too, but it was a 10 inch- I would get a six in sub without cheese/mayo & lots of veggies.

too funny. I did a lot better figuring out the calories of the food than how much exercise it would take to work off the extra intake.

amazing how the portions have changed. I didn't know that.

Doesn't surprise me. I actually got the calories of everything except I overestimated the calories of the bagel (thought normal bagels were closer to 400 calories) and overestimated the calories of the burger.

Interesting. I got about 75% right on the portion sizes but about 5% right on the exercise! Mostly I overestimated how long it would take to work it off.
