Default Strange question

I have a question for you girls. It might be TMI, but I just wanted to see if anyone else is or has experienced this and what might be causing it.

I noticed ever since I've started my diet which was almost 2 weeks ago, my BMs have been very, um, loose. lol It's almost like I have diarrhea everyday. Which isn't like me. I don't have an upset stomach ever or feel sick, so I don't know what's up with me. I eat very healthy and exercise regularly.

Are you drinking a lot of water ? More than usual ? How about fruit or fiber ? If you are eating more of these than usual could cause a little diahrrea . I wouldn't worry about it, unless it continues more than a few days.

With me, I go through a period where I have the same thing happen and usually that will be a few days to week or two. This always happens when I make significant diet changes. I recently started cutting out cooked foods and had the same issue as my body got used to things. But I always level off and such.

I would give it a few more days and if you feel like you are not well or it is concerning you then a doctor's visit might be needed.

I get this when I eat a lot of veggies, if it smells like vomit, you need to add more whole grain, like brown rice. or if you get the chanel BBC America you might tune in to "You are what you eat" you can find her on line too but she is a holistic nutritionist, and she does pooph samples.and does talk about pooph alot....lol the show has helped me on my diet. her name is Gillian
