Sorry for posting Pics again so soon BUT......
I am excited to say I have officially lost 65.7 lbs.
From 259.9 To 194.2~started out in a tight tight tight size 20(needed a 22)
And In after picture I am wearing a size 11!!!! I am now officially in
11's & 12's. I still have several pounds to go ~my ultimate goal is around 150.
I posted pics at 60 lbs lost but was wearing 14's mostly then and some smaller made 16's so I thought the size changes from this recent 5 lbs was Extreme to me.I have actually never worn a size 11 or 12 ever that I know of.
being a heavy child also I was in little girls plus size until the 6th grade then I was tall enough for womens jeans and I wore a size 13/14 So this is a very exciting time for me.
I started my journey on November 11th 2008
Approx 7 & 1/2 Months ago.
How do I do it?
I count calories. How many?~I am personally eating 1375 to 1400 a day.(I got the ok from my doctor on this amount~so ask a doctor first please for safety to your health~Plus you can go to
www.freedieting.com and use there calorie counting calculators there and other helpful things if you would like to become a calorie counter)
I walk 45 mintues 2 x's a day(but Built myself up to that many~at first I was at about 15 minutes 2 to 3 times a day)~I usually walk while I talk on the phone LOL. Makes me feel like I am cheating Because I enjoy a conversation at the same time.
I must admit When I first came on 3fatchicks.com (in December of 2008) I was so Jealous Of the people who had lost quite a bit of weight Yet at the same time inspired by them too. I am so glad I found this website it has been helping so much. there is so much support on here & super fabulous People!
Just remember that If you hang in there and start over imediately after any goof up you can lose too. We have all had are goof ups along the way.
The key is to remain determined and NEVER GIVE UP.

Picture #1 ~this picture was taken about a week or 2 before I started my weight loss journey...This is when I needed a size 22 ~I had to wear a skirt that day because my jeans refused to fit! (UGH~As I always say~I looked like the marshmellow man from the old ghost busters movie~That watch I was wearing actually broke off my wrist a day or two later because I was getting so big.~LOL~)
Picture #2 ~This was from Christmas 2007 ~I just came across it and I was wearing a size 20 in this one but It had more of my body in in for comparing so I wanted to add~I was proboly 250's in that one also.(by the way UGH~ I Hate that pic too)
Picture #3 ~this picture was took yesterday 6-25-06 I was wearing a size 11 jeans comfortably in that picture. I felt good about that picture.Not picture perfect but Ok to me.
Which is a great feeling !!!
Picture #4 Since #3 was a bit blurry I decided to add a close up view of the same day.~My pics seem to get blurry After I resize them so they will upload onto this site~this one is a bit blurry too...hope that was ok.
I still have approx. 44 pounds to lose but I am getting closer every week.
