Smile New to Forum ** 24.5 lbs down in just under 7 weeks
Hello Everyone!

I'm new to the forum, but excited to share my mini goal! I started getting serious about losing weight about 6.5 weeks ago and I'm now down 24.5 lbs! I am proud of myself, but just hope I can keep with it.

Glad to have you join us. The forum is very helpful, the ladies here provide lotsof motivation and encouragement.

Congratz on your progress so far. Work harder, eat healthily and set mini goals. I find that setting mini goal is very helpful as the real goal is usually so big its overwhelming.

Glad to have you on board, go read the Goals and Mini-Goals forums for inspiration...

Congratulations!! You obviously have a great deal of commitment. This is so motivating to me, because I’m kind of struggling with my weight loss right now. I was actually just thinking that I may NEVER reach my goal, but you really made me think otherwise. Thanks!

Wow!! 24.5lbs in 6.5 weeks. What an accomplishment!! You are an inspiration to many and it is so nice to see someone get right on track and believe me, this 3FC site really helps. You will be amazed at how quickly people will jump in and help you if you have a problem or question. It is truly a great thing to have this many people doing the carrot dance on your behalf!!!

Also congratulations on being in the 200's!!! What a milestone. Keep up the good work!
