TakingCharge - I'm more or less doing the same thing and just seeing what happens... Since I'm home for the summer now, I have the luxury of being able "eat intuitively" (unlike during the school year when I HAD to eat during my allotted mealtimes, whether I was hungry or not, hehe). Given that, I'm essentially just trying to eat when I'm hungry, stop when I'm full, and eat again when I get hungry again! Heh, sounds soooo simple, right? But it's been working well enough, I guess! And yeah, I think I am going to switch to weighing weekly--maybe on Fridays? But I didn't weigh myself today and it's kind of driving me nuts, hehe...
