D - 2 slices Chuck E. Cheese pizza (believe it or not I've never had this before): 7

S - McD's ice cream sundae (no topping): 3
Total: 3/21/27

Mid night binge: 5 ring dings (mini): 7
1 bag mini chips ahoy: 6
2 slices of pizza (thin grandma): 10

Range: 22-27
Total for day: 21/27 (+ 23)= 44/27
Water: 85 + oz

EX: 2.6 mi walk (AM)

Hi Jayne and Deb. I need this!! Not doing well, and it has to stop! I read your post Jayne, and I agree, I think I am waiting for someone to come along and do this for me. IT AINT GONNA HAPPEN!!!

Snack cough cough
munchkin and a pizzelle
lunch
ff cheese and turkey ham on rye
wendys caesar salad no dressing
snack 2 cough cough
corner of a coffee cake
munckin 2 bite brownie
dinner
Healthy choice french bread veggie pizza

Goal for tommorrow
No extraneous crap
I ha ve dinner with bf but i can control everything else i eat!

8 dora the explorer teddy grahams thats a serving size
adn 3 twizzlers
Lunch
ff cheese and turkey ham on rye
bowl of mushroom barley soup
bowl of vegetables

Snack
peach carrot juice
1/4 a cup of cashews
Dinner
FF cocoa and a toasted raisin lenders bagel no condiments
i did make the cocoa with skim milk

Thursday
Breakfast-
Salsbury steak and redskinned mashed potatoes from healthy choice 4 pts
Lunch (if i get home) southwestern style egg beaters possibly a bagel or toast
dinner Pizzaria Uno with the girls do they have anythign low points?
