Well I have/had a grand total of 73 pounds to lose.. from
start to finish .. Just hit 36 pounds.. I started about end of 08.. but didnt get serious about it until end of March 09..
I work out 5 days a week.. usually 2-4 miles on the treadmill or
on the street.Depending on the day of the week.
I cant run (bad back) but i do between 3.5-5 mph..
I go between speedwalking and walking. Couple days a week I do some weights.
I eat less sugar and more fruit and veggies. cut back on pasta..
and bread..
Its not easy. But Im starting to see results.. and I get so excited about it..
I went from tight 16 to very lose 14.. heading to 12.
I have not been this weight in about 6 years..
So for all you that say I just cant do it.. I was there.. I was thinking I would diet.. But was not working out.. You really need to do both.. and i still stall.
i lost about 18 pounds since end of March thats 1.5 pounds a week. But I would lose about 2-3 and then 2-3 weeks nothing, or gain back 1 pound..
Very frustrating.. But I am giving it my all.. and Water dont forget the water really does help. I drink 8-10 glasses a day..
