well, no weight loss this past week (first week)
I think I'm eating too many calories, even though I've looked into this twice. so, I dropped from 1792 to 1600. I haven't been exercising so I 'really' need to start that. I couldn't find a WOTP tape at Wallie World this past weekend, so I'll either look at Sports Authority this weekend or order online.
Sorry, guys... I wish I could've contributed to the weekly weight loss. But, I haven't given up yet!
Oh, I wanted to ask... for you guys that lost weight, what type of weight reduction program are you doing? (notice I did NOT say
diet!).
