There's also one that I saw on TV (discovery channel) where they go through the mouth, into the stomach and put a balloon in your belly and inflate it only so much. Then in 6 months they take it out. Yikes LOL

The balloon isn't that new, it gets done here all the time for people who don't meet the criteria for wls. (bmi < 40 now) It's a 1000 euros though, for just the 6 months. A lot of people gain the weight back of course.
