I've heard all sorts of things about this... and I'm not conviced that it can help shed inches that dramatically, but would like to know if anyone here has used it cause it does make sense, if it works that is, that it would help your digestive system absorb vitamins and minerals better

It is nonsense. I know people that have done it and sure you lose weight on the scale but you aren't losing pounds- you won't look any different and you are going to have one lousy day. It does not help you absorb vitamins and minerals. In fact if you do this on a regular basis you can end up with a permanently upset GI system- I know people that have done that. Someone is making money on this

Honestly I think most of them are a load of crap, except for one. My Uncle did the one by Dr. Natura, called Colonix, and he said he was stunned that it actually gets visible stuff out. He said it was like someone had taken a bottle brush, run it through his intestines (it wasn't painful BTW) and pulled out everything clogging up the gut. It takes much more than a day though, to do all that at once could be bad so he did it for three months and feels fantastic, lost 10 lbs too. Most of the cleansers out there are liquid and people say they can "feel" it working, with this one you can literally see the dead lining of the intestines etc. in your stool . It has won a bunch of awards so it isn't just a song and dance. They are a good company, they didn't try and get my uncle with "free promotions" and then automatic billing you every month. Go poke around the website, especially the testimonials and picture gallery, if you can stomach it . I want to do it but alas I am but a poor college student who hasn't found a summer job yet so cash is tight.

The problem with the Dr. Natura product is that two of the primary ingredients are bentonite clay and psyllium...and when you mix those two together and add some water, you get the "ropes" that the Dr. Natura people claim are intestinal lining. What you see coming out (the ropey stuff that looks like intestinal lining/parasites/whatever) is really just what you put in (the Dr. Natura product) plus water and a bit of the stuff naturally in your intestines.

No autopsy has ever found the "mucoid plaques" the product claims to remove in ANYONE, except those taking bentonite and psyllium cleanse products. They don't exist, except in those taking the products...otherwise, countless autopsies over the years would have found them in SOMEONE, right? The "plaque" just isn't there until you take the product...so the only thing it removes is the thing you put in.

well it must be doing something. He looks great and feels wonderful. The three months that he did it was about a year ago and he still feels great. I agree that most cleansers are just trash but from just hearing about it within my own family really makes me think that it has to be doing something beneficial.
