I lost 3 which met my goal. Given how crazy things are with camp setup, I am THRILLED!

I am sorry to bring the thread down but I weighed in at 211... so I GAINED- UGH. This month will be better! I am chugging the water and getting back to p1 to detox! I have a plan! and I will stick to it!

DH "borrowed" my scale for his workshop, so I don't know how much I've lost, but my waistbands are a tiny bit looser, so I must have lost something!
