Atta girl!!!

Donuts have no place in your life right now as you are on a weight loss program. Keep telling yourself this and any other food that should cross your path that will stand in the way of your hopes and dreams.

Good job for turning it down. Take confidence from it and know that you can turn down anything.

AWESOME!!!
I was taking an evening course and the instructor brought in donuts EVERY week. There was always a huge production amongst the 8 students about TAKING ONE. We all have to HAVE one. Our instructor bought them JUST FOR US. Have one. TAKE IT. I have one, why don't you? Have ANOTHER...
So I did my usual tactic -- I would go "wow, donuts. My FAVORITE." and I would make the show of taking one, sometimes TWO, on my way out the door for coffee break. I would turn left instead of right, and dump the donuts in the garbage, then turn around and go for coffee.
Well, the other classmates used to LAUGH and say "Man you eat FAST. You sure gobbled THOSE down. Hahahaha!!!" and THEN they started to make fun of me and the donuts -- "Make sure Kira gets TWO. She LOVES her donuts. Hahaha!"
And you know what? I never, ever ate a single donut for the three months of the course! Not even a nibble. During that time, I lost 18 lbs, too. And I don't see any of those classmates anywheres (it was a night gardening course), and I don't care what they said nor say about me at all. Because I know that I never broke my diet, and noone was the wiser!!!!

Keep up the great work!

Kira

Default Donuts

I used to love to eat all sorts of donuts, but I gave up the habit many years ago. Great job!

Thumbs up

Great job!I know what you mean about eating something that is not even one of your favorites just because it's fattening. You're on your way to a new good habit!
