Wow I wasn't expecting that! I had plenty of calories left tonight so I decided that I would have one of my favorite pre diet meals, creamed chipped beef on toast. I am SOOOO sorry I did that. Man, my tummy can't handle all that grease and fat anymore I guess. My stomach is in so much pain right now. Just min after eating it I knew I was in trouble.

I guess it's a good thing though, I will remember this pain and avoid that meal from now on!

Sarah, I feel your pain. I learned the very hard way that I can't have KFC anymore. Its kind of sad, but at the same time, awesome.

Eek! I haven't had fast food since November and I can't imagine what it would do to my tummy.

I know what you mean! Last time I was on my healthy eating plan, I decided to have a small blizzard as a treat, I couldn't even finish it. It was way too sweet! That has never happened to me before. But I liked it.
