I weighed myself again; just something i do now when i go to my in-laws (they own the scale). I was 214 last week, down to 213, 212 back up to 214.... I went a few days without weighing myself and did it yesterday i was 216.6. Today i was 212.4 again.

Your body naturally fluctuates weight. I weigh daily, usually, and if I eat lots of sodium the day before, I can be up 10lbs. It's crazy. Your body retains water.

My weight fluctuates at least 4-5 pounds within a day...
