has anyone tried the Wii fitness thing that Allison SWeeney - host from the Biggest Loser - used to loser her baby weight??? I saw her demonstrate it on TV and it looked so fun - holding the controls and BOXING! how fun is that??? I just wondered if anyone had actually tried it

A few of us around here have a Wii. There have been some various threads in other forums about it.

I have one, I don't use it often but I do like it, more for entertainment than exercise. I have the Gold's Gym Wii game (which doesn't require the Wii fit) and I think that is a pretty cool boxing game.

I have "My Fitness Coach" and it's fabulous.

I also use the My Fitness Coach for cardio a few times a week and love it. The Wii Fit is a bit lack luster, but entertaining nonetheless.

She means the AE Sports Active that Alison Sweeney was promoting. It looks great, if you do a google search of the name you can see a demo. I preordered it but of course I live in the boonies and haven't gotten it yet! I can't wait to try it. I've heard it's a really good workout and tough. Apparently it's like have your own personal trainer.

I haven't tried it, but it must be okay, because Allison lost that weight really quickly.

I want that EA Sports so bad but I probably won't have extra money any time soon. I'd rather have healthy food than another wii thing

I picked up the EA Sports Active last week, and have been using not quite daily yet,but as often as I can. After the first day,my legs hurt so bad that I could only work on upper body. It's an awesome workout, and alot more fun then popping in a dvd.The workouts are great and you can even make your own.The only cons to it,are the resistance band(to skimpy)and the leg band sometimes falls.

June st I'm starting the 30 day challenge.I'm hoping this will be the thing that I need to lose this weight and tone up.Winter and Summer I don't like working out outside,so this is my alternative to walking.

I have it and love it so far! It's a very tough workout. If you really want it and don't have the money try trading in some old games you don't play anymore and use the credit to purchase this one...........

I don't care for the resistance band it comes with so will use the one I already have that has more resistance to it, but otherwise love everything about it so far!
