Hey girls; I was thinking of starting this up again because it really helped me stay on track. I'm in desperate need of motivation and I think this might help.
Here's the deal- you pick a goal or several goals and you do them everyday for 21 days, you can have up to three skips (such as TOM or holiday) and after that you have to start over at day 1
I hope lots of you join in and we can keep each other motivated
Here are my goals for each day:
1. No soda
2. Stay under 1500 calories
3. Active at least 20 mins a day
