Default Music to run to

I'm not sure if there's already a thread for this, but I'm looking for some good upbeat music to run to! Anyone have any favorites they want to suggest???

My favorite is the "American Wedding Soundtrack". It has a lot of up tempo pop-punk-rock songs.

I love to download Podcast music specially for running... You can get intervals, or just a one beat tempo for a whole hour... Go to iTunes and check their Podcast selections... AND it's FREE

Search Google for something called "PodRunner". It's a site that lets you download a free MP3 file you put onto your iPod or MP3 player (while it's free, they do ask for donations).

The music is somewhat generic techno-inspired music, is quite catchy, and is actually put together based on an optimal heartrate in BPM as you're exercising!
