WOW, Haven, your results are awesome! What are you doing? Just 30 day shred or what? My body is very similar to your "before" so this is relevant to my interests

i'm not doing the 30 day shred necessarily, but my workouts consist of morning cardio on an empty stomach and weight training in the evening. it working out great in terms of fat loss, muscle gain.
diet is high protein. don't cut out carbs, you'll function and feel great when you have carbs in you, just limit, don't cut out necessarily but limit simple carbs, keep them complex like oatmeal, sweet potatoes, ect. try to cut out all carbs towards end of the day. my last meal of the day is a protein shake.
supplements include:
whey protein
green tea
fish oil(we don't get this kind of fat in our diet as much as omega 6s, fats are need for body to function at optimal level)
multivitamin

WOW! look at that flat stomach! You have made such incredible progress in six short weeks. what is your weight training routine/how much cardio are you doing/how many calories a day? haha, sorry to pick your brain, but I'd kill for those results!~
