Default Make me go to the gym....

Up until 45 minutes ago I was totally pumped to go the gym. Now all I want to do is go home and put on my sweat pants and crash in front of the TV. This is why I should work out in the mornings.... someone convince me to go to the gym!!!!!!

Almost Certain Fact: If you go, you'll feel better afterward.

Almost Certain Fact: If you DON'T go, tomorrow you will regret it.

ABSOLUTELY Certain Fact: As long as you're not missing out on sleep to fit in your workout, and you're taking adequate rest days, your body WILL be better off if you commit to working out today.

So off you get! Have fun at the gym!

Omg i am feeling the exact same way today... My mind is telling me one thing and my body another. But like the other commenter said I know I will feel much better if I go, and so will you.

I know I should go and I really have no excuse... I was going to use the treadmill in my office which is literally 30 feet from my desk. Sigh, why do I feel so lazy today! I'm off to my car to grab my bag, that's a step in the right direction right?

I'm glad you're exercising. I have a hard time PLANNING to go to the gym. I like spontaneity. =P

Good for you! I had a fat kid day today so I worked out for a half an hour more than I usually do.

I find that if I don't feel like going, I'll let meyself leave after 20 mins of working out if I still don't feel like doing anything. Usually though, after 20 mins I feel so pumped that I keep working out. It helps.
