Default oooops.

this is the very end of week three and i finally made a pretty big mistake.

it came in the form of a large bowl of popcorn and an overtired mind.

oh well.

42 points in one bowl. i think we'll call it an error and just move on.

indeed.

good thing part of this life renovation of mine includes easing off on the need to be perfect and learning to forgive and accept myself eh?

namaste.

Whoops! This CAN be revived with 35 flex points and 7 exercise points, but sometimes it is best just to have an OOPS and carry on!
Part of the learning process, eh?
If you partake of yoga, you already know that there are good yoga days and, well, not so good yoga days where nothing seems to "click". And on those days, you do the best you can. And you keep going back.
Just like with lifestyle!
I'm so happy you've forgiven yourself!

You know what I love? Air popcorn that is 3 cups of popcorn for 1 point. I know my air popper pretty much makes 3 cups. It awesome. There is also this sprinkle stuff that is very low in points that you can sprinkle onto popcorn that will flavor it.

I admire your attitude. It will serve you well on this journey. It's not about perfection... it's about doing it day in and day out and picking yourself up after you slip. Just what you are doing. I'm proud of you for realizing that

Yea, slip sup shouldnt demolish us completely. We just have to train our brains to accept that they will happen....just pick yourself up and go.....dont look back.,,,no more "all or nothing" attitude. We are human, ya know?

I've learned that popcorn is dangerous or me to have around the house. I love it too much! Great job on getting right back on track.
