Default Hard day at gym--not enough water maybe?

I didnt drink much water today before going to the gym here at work. I felt like the equipment was less sophistocated and harder to do than my regular gym.

could it be cause I didnt drink very much water before going? Im thinking it had a part in it???

You know, there are just those days where exercise is just a bit more tiring than other days. Could be due to a lot of things, but certainly either not having enough to eat or not enough water can leave you fatigued during your workout.
