Busy day for me. I'm moving cubicles again at work. 8 moves in 4 years. Ugh. Still a lot of balls up in the air at the moment.
Mom will take care of anyone who comes across her path  cuz she's just that kind of lady.  I changed the calendar this morning and see that she is only here for another week and a half 
Sorry to run but I have to.  to the chicks. Happy month of May.

Happy...take some extra vit B12 that will help with energy and try some of the honey/cinnamon tricks for energy...
Tony and I watched Frost/Nixon dvd last night. Excellent. I loved it. Kind of felt sorry for Nixon at the end of the movie. Strange feeling.
Shout out to Jolly, Patty and anyone else out there I may have missed...I am too blonde to remember all the peeps....hehe

I LIKE THE IDEA THAT ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE THIS MONTH.  I HOPE EDWIN IS RIGHT.
THE RAIN HAS HIT OUR AREA AND HOPEFULLY HELP THE SENIORS PLANTS TO GROW. I HAD TO PINCH MYSELF THIS MORNING TO MAKE SURE LAST NIGHT REALLY HAPPENED.  GOT THE BRUISE TO PROVE IT NOW NOTHING NEW AND NOTHING PLANNED TODAY.

Just wanted the ones on the exercise challenge to know that I've completed 110 minutes this week. This is the most I've done in a while.

Good job in losing those inches. I may try some of those cinnamon remedies. However, cinnamon usually makes me have acid indigestion. I like doing things naturally. I take Omega 3 for cholesterol and a baby aspirin for my heart.

I'm hoping that the April showers go away soon. We have really been lucky that we have not had any type of winds or tornado's with these. Has dh had any luck on employment? I don't blame you for spending time with your mom.
It's past my computer time limit.

Hello Ladies,
Here it is the first day of May and i'm so frustrated. I have not been working out and not eating right. I'm thinking of going back to Jenny Craig. I need some control. I need to go back and read the old posts, something was mentioned about cinnamon/honey.. I'll have to read up on that.
Ceejay - WTG on your workout minutes. Keep it up...
Shad - thanks for the new site. Your always a step ahead of us.
Annie - What's the difference between B12 and B6? Someone told me to get B6 for energy...
Happy - I can relate, we have 3 moves in 2 years. Talk about cleaning out your office. I have 3 boxes in my garage, i finally brought my personal stuff home..
