178 this morning! I'm hoping it's water gain, this being my period week, AND since I behaved much better this last week! Maybe the fat molecules were just hovering around my body and didn't decide to attach themselves until this weekend?
Ellis, I am the fattest one here! I'm 208 this morning.
BUT I will be less than that this time next week! I walked Sunday and yesterday and will do it again today! I might even get to like it!

I go to the dr tomorrow, where I'll get weighed & my BP checked. I've had a sinus infection for the last 3 weeks, so I might've lost some, but I'll still be the fattest one here. 2 weeks ago I was 290, let's just hope I've at least maintained.
On a happier note, I can almost fit into my old size 22 jeans. I'd given them to my mother, saying, "I won't fit into these again for awhile." They are skintight in the tummy, but I can get in them. Baby steps, man!

Went to TOPS tonight and as I expected I gained. But all things considered it was not too bad. I only gained 1 lb, and I ate all week long, but I also exercised so I guess that counter balanced it. I am okay with this, I have also been building up muscle too, so that could be part of the gain as well. Yeah thats it, Muscle gain!
There now I am happy!

Virginia, everytime I step on the scale I think, "What the heck is going on here!?" When are we going to lose weight?! We've become such fitness/gym freaks... is it too much to ask that the front of my thighs show less dimple? Or that the three rolls on my back become one? waaaaaaaaaah

Halloween is fast approaching... who out there set weight loss goals for the end of October?
I believe my personal goal was five pounds this month which would put me at 188. This means I better get back on track VERY fast... although I am happy to report that the scale read 190.5 today (1.5 down from Monday). However, I usually manage to put some of that back on over the weekend. But I am DETERMINED not to eat my way through the weekend. And I really need to start exercising again... as my exercise log is blank for this week.
Ok everyone... let's really pull it all together over the next couple of weeks and kiss those pounds good bye! Halloween will be here before we know it!
another week and I have lost...NOTHING! ugh!!! but then again, I have not gained anything either...somehow that just aint right...how come you can eat one cheese doodle and gain 15 pounds and diet for a week and loose nothing...retorical question.
