No way, I never call anything a "cheat"! This is my life, this is how I eat now, and of course that means some foods will be healthier than others, that's just how it is. I write everything down, from the good choices to the bad, and I know that the days I choose to eat two brownies and not go for a run are days I'm not going to lose any weight. Fortunately those days are very rare, since I want to be losing weight, but still, I never feel bad about them or tell myself I'm "cheating" or that I "screwed up". What good does that do, really?
