If you havent heard it already, take a listen to this song, which to me is very inspirational. If you apply the words to your own weight loss, I find it to be like a pep talk to myself.

omg, I just said this to my husband the other day. The song was playing, and I said "this reminds me of my weight loss journey". It really does apply to us! thats cool that I am not the only one who thinks this

I never really listen to the kids music that closely. Mind you my kids aren't at the age where I worry about that yet. But I really should. There are such good messages in the lyrics like this one.
