I have three areas I want to strengthen more than others. My quads, my obliques, and my mid/lower back. Could anyone suggest some exercises I could do to strengthen these areas? I have no access to machines and no weights. Just a couple of resistance bands. Any ideas?

First things that come to mind are squats, lunges, good mornings, and diagonal woodchops, all of which can be done with resistance bands. If any of these aren't familiar to you, a quick google of "resistance bands" should turn up more videos/demonstrations than you want!

Be strong,

I forgot to mention I have trouble with squats. The muscles that support my knees are weak, and I think my knees are a little bad. I can try, but I either can't go down far or I would have to use a chair for a bit of added support.
