I am thinking about trying this. I have got to find something to add to my routine.
Right now I am riding too much on my bike, like 5 times a week, and if I keep that up I will get bored with it. Soon I will be adding swimming to my daily routine.
Yes - and I love it! Bob is a great at telling you and showing you how you are to be holding each position. It is fun seeing past BL contestants too.
