LOL!!!! i have that THING also. there's just something about the spice or the heat that makes me want something sweet as well. try a small piece of dried fruit [for some reason, that does the trick for me!! chocolate doesn't work, for some strange reason]
You know what my trigger food is........FOOD! The smell of fresh baking bread can cause me to salivate. I smell chocolate and get weak in the knees. The sight of cheesecake and I literally pass out!.........I am a food freak .....@($@#)(*@ it!
