Default Best Music to Pump Ya Up!

Hello!

I'm not sure about any of you but I couldn't get in a good workout at the gym without listening to some amazing tunes. I find that this can motivate me like no other, even to GET to the gym. I hate working out my lower body (figures it's the one that needs the most work) - and these are the songs that make those squats fun (well kind of).

PS - I am 36 so by no means a youngen but I listen to all kinds of music that I download from iTunes. Hereis my playlist for my BUTT days!

Supermassive Black Hole - Muse
Decode - Paramore
Denial - Sugarbabes
Crazy - Jem
Hurts so Good - John Mellencamp
If you Seek Amy - Britney Spears
Spotlight - Mutemath
She Bop - Cyndi Lauper
Bad Girls - Donna Summer
Rock N Roll Queen - The Subways
Miss Murder - AFI
That Song - Big Wreck
Next 2 You - Buckcherry
Keeps Getting Better - Christina Aguilera

If I'm not listening to an audiobook while working out I usually stick with Billy Joel. Not all of his songs are suitable for working out, but most of them are.

I recently added the techno remix of Christian Bale's f-bomb rant to my iPod.

It's got a good beat, and makes me smile while I'm chugging along on my treadmill.
