Hi, I just have just started Slim in 6 and am mixing it up with Turbo Jam (which I ADORE) because, yes, it is rather boring, but I've heard good things about it so I'm persevering for now.
It is
hard work but I do think it's worth sticking through the boredom/pain as I really think it will reshape your body quite fast. You could always mix it up with other videos like others and myself have done.
I play my own music throughout (the DVD music sucks lol) and it's not a problem as you don't really need to listen to her after the first few times, since it's mostly repetitions of exercises being counted out.
I can feel the effects already (ouch) and I think I am really gonna get great results with this, especially as I am doing TJ as well, so I get all-round muscle workout.
