Default Exercises to do in home

I need some quiet exercises i can do in my room at like 6 am. I want something that isn't running on the elliptical too. By the way, is this a girls only forum?

Pilates is pretty quiet, and very effective if you do it consistently... you could get a dvd, or a book if the dvd will be too loud...

It's mostly ladies, but there are definitely some men out there, too!

If you have enough space, you could get a (weighted) hula hoop- as long as you consistently keep it up or catch it when it starts to fall(if you completely drop a weighted one, it will make a pretty loud thud), it's a pretty quiet exercise to do.

Weights are good or even using a swiss ball.

How about a Walk away the Pounds video?

Yoga is a great form of flexibility and strength exercise that involves no machines so you are very quiet - apart from a few deep breaths perhaps.

As for cardio, put on your iPod and dance on the spot. This might help

Weights are good - I bought a kettlebell the other day and it's fantastic! You can get some pretty quiet exercise bikes too - mine is almost silent.

Or why not get outside? Go for a run, or a cycle, go swimming, or take a walk?

I think Leslie Sansone's Walk away the pounds dvd's are great! If I have time to exercise in the morning, I usually throw her dvd in because I know I won't be disturbing my downstairs neighbor.
