To date I've lost 4 pounds...I'm halfway to my goal Now I just got to stick with what I'm doing to reach my April goal...lose 8 pounds.

-In addition to eating around 1200 calories a day, I've cut out all desserts from my diet and fast food. It really seems to be helping.

to everyone!!
(even if you have no to little weight loss to date just think if you're in this challenge that is an accomplishment on its own. Keep going and you'll see results soon enough )
