Default Wow!!! Lost another 2 lbs and reached my 130 lb weight loss goal!!!


well, I ate more this past week (1,500 calories instead of the usual 1,200-1,300 as I had done for the past 129 lbs I've lost to date ) and found out on the scale this morning I dropped 2 lbs!

*I actually could have dropped another pound or 2 since the scale fluctuated towards the end, but the usual steady number before it fluctuated on the scale was a 2 lb weight loss.*

I also got to my 130 lb weight loss goal this morning! Wow, I came a LONG way!!!

Sure feels good this morning!

Thanks everybody for your support!!!!!!!!! You guys really have no idea how much it means to me to see you guys on the forum
