I can't stay away. (I miss FB)

Food - 1600-1800 calories per day of good stuff.
H2O - 64+ oz
Exercise - Weight training 3x per week. Cardio every day.

Be Smart, make healthy choices.

April Starting weight: 238

1~ 4
2~ 2 (last day of vacation with family. Not great food choices)
3~ 4

7~ 3 (sad night...had to say goodbye to one of my dogs...skipped the gym)

10~ 4 (Friday weigh-in: 234.4)

16~ 3 (rested...skipped the gym and enjoyed a healthy night out with friends.)

23~ 3 (rested...skipped the gym and enjoyed a night shopping at the mall.)
24~ 4 (Friday weigh-in: 234 Great week...body messing with me.)

30~ 4 (Last day of month weigh-in: 234. I seem to be stuck.)

April Points: 115/120

Good points....but a tad frustrated with my itty-bitty loss this month.
