A question to all you ladies who are eating oatmeal or hot cereal for breakfast, how much of it do you eat? I'm thinking about adding this into my plan but it's so calorie dense I don't want to end up eating too much and stalling my weight loss. Do you think 1 cup oatmeal with 1/2 cup 2% milk is reasonable?
Today:
B - blueberries and lf cott cs, coffee with 2% milk
L - chef salad with 2 hard boiled eggs and sliced ham
S - sugar free latte w/ skim milk
D - Salmon tacos! YUM
