Hi Fly I just went under 300 a few weeks ago after hitting a high weight of 342.
It's feels so good to get under 300, it is like a major milestone.
When you go under 300 you will then KNOW that what you are doing is working and all you have to do is stick with it long enough (and of course maintain after you reach your goal) and you will accomplish your goal.
And might I suggest when you go under 300 go buy yourself a nice non-food gift to celebrate! I did!
I went and bought me a nice new pair of workout sneakers to celebrate!
