Wild and Wacky Wed Challenge
OK Chicks here we go again.
The challenge is
1. Eat OP all day
2. Try to sneak in some extra veggies
3. Drink your water
4 Exercise for atleast 30 mins
ps. Just so you know my outcome yesterday
I ate OP all day, drank 12 glasses of water, and walked for an hour.
You chicks rock.

I am in for today's challenge! I did okay yesterday except for the exercise. I found so much other stuff to do at home: cleaning, dishes, laundry... time just got away from me before I realized it.
Today though, I will follow through with it. I even had veggies in my omelet this morning - something I usually don't do!

Yay, a new challenge! I did good yesterday, even drank over my water goal. I'm in for today...although extra veggies will be a challenge! Let's go chicks!

I'm in! Had a 30 minute walk this morning AND did 20 pushups! OUCH! Gotta work on water. That's the hard part for me.

Hey chicks you are doing great. Just pecked in to see how you were doing...
Chelby- you grab a glass and chug it down. I really don't like it much either, but I am trying real hard. Good for you on the walk and the push ups.
Melissa- Good for you sneaking in those veggies.
Me- have had 6 glasses of water so far, and working on my veggies, I have dance class tonight so that will be my exercise.
Keep up the good work.

Doing well so far today...walked about 45 minutes this morning and so far I've had 60 oz of water. I'm good w/ my eating too...feeling VERY full after all the water!

Great Job chicks. I have had an OP day.
drank 13 8 0z waters
and went to dance class for 45 minutes
And had 29 grams of fiber.

Ok, so technically I stayed OP since I didn't eat anything "bad", buuuuut....I think I probably had a couple more SBD snacks than I should have . At least they were legal snacks, right? Will start anew tomorrow...
