Some folks want a weekly weigh-in thread so here we go. Please post just your status and ask questions in another thread in case they get missed.
I'm 201.6 this morning.... down a pound from march 1 but the same as last Monday.
EDITED: Per suggestion from RDW1, let's make this a monthly like the Exercise thread. We can then go in on our weigh-in day (whenever it is) and keep track. We'll till keep the monthly target threads but this may help keep us on track and avoid the "OMG! It's the end of the month!" guilt.
So....
March 23 - 203 a bad, bad but fun weekend!
March 30 - 200.4
Goal = 5 lb loss in March
March 1st = 158
March 15th = 157
March 20th = 156
March 24th = 157 (darn it!)
March 30th = still 157
March 31st = 156.5 today! YAY!
1.5 lb loss in March...looks like I need to get tougher on myself!
Um... I just went back and edited my post to show that I am making some progress. Just posting our current weight is sort of senseless as it's probably on our tickers.
216.2 today... ugh TOM is ugly isnt it??? next week will be better!!!! and im not changing my ticker! lol.... this isnt actual weight gain only water, and i refuse to believe anything else!
