Here's what to do:
Just post your SW (starting weight) as of today, your CW (current weight) which is whenever you weigh in and your GW (goal weight) which is five pounds down from the day you joined in.
Weigh in whenever you like and come tell us about it! You can weigh in as often as you like - some of us do it everyday, some once or twice a week.
The first one to hit five pounds lost gets to start the next thread!

Well Its getting near to my TOM(time of month) obviously ~Which sucks! I AM BLOATED~but feel smaller....Which is weird but My scale says "YOU SUCK Lori259" To me for the last few times I have used it ! LOL Just kidding
Oh Well, Come on 219 again at least! So I am outta the 220's again.
I am still walking and eating right though so I hope to see some weight loss again soon!
