Me: 188.5, up 2.5 pounds from last week. Still sick so I haven't been exercising, using that time to sleep instead. And doing a bunch of sleeping. I thought that my eating was ok, but I guess not. Well, I think I'm starting to get over it. I hope I'm back to normal next week!
considering it's that time of the month, I have been exercising as much due to traumatic events, I haven't weighed myself in two weeks but I've lost a good 1kg (2.2lbs)!
Hey Tea, when I was sick with the sinus infection a few weeks ago, I really bloated up due the fluids. It wooshed off when I started feeling better, hoping for a woosh for you too!
I only started 3 days ago, I have not done any excercising, except the horse riding. I have been keeping up with the eating plan. (The cookie last night does not count)
I am on a program with the doctor, and I am not supposed to weigh myself, but who follows that rule? This program involves eating properly and to inject myself daily.
According to my scale I am down 1kg. That is about 2 pounds. During the first two weeks you loose alot, quickly, after that it does slow down a bit, but you do loose. My goal is to loose about 40kg (80lbs), but I don't look at the big picture, I take it a day at a time.
The cookie counts, every calorie counts. Saying it doesn't count isn't going to help. Acknowledging you ate the cookie and are moving on is better. Otherwise, you'll just keep not counting the cookies.
193.8, down 1.6lbs, exactly what I expected given the calorie deficits I'd racked up last week. I've gotten 3 "5lb" gold stars from WW so far, I should get my next one in about 2 weeks!
Hi, I'm new here... I have never done anything like this before but I am hoping it will help me stay on track losing weight... A couple years ago I had lost weight and was looking great but then I gained it back and then some, so here I am currently weighing in at 220 (which, btw, is only a few pounds shy of what I weighed when I gave birth to my daughter, and besides when I was pregnant is the most I have ever weighed).
Recent low weight was 123.5, down a pound, and completely unexpected given I got sick, didn't go to the gym and ate crap for a week. Apparently my body is more forgiving of bad eating than I am! ...Or, more likely, my metabolism was still healthy from all the time I've been spending at the gym, and my eating wasn't as bad as I thought. I am sooooooo close to my goal, and close to 30 pounds lost since i started this 'journey' in March last year. Dancing carrot for me!
